Cynthia Aurora "Cindy" Vortex is Jimmy's arch-rival and hinted love interest. While she is mostly antagonistic towards some of the main characters, she is still considered one of the main characters as she helps them out on their adventures many times.
Cindy is basically the anti-dumb blonde role. She is a very prideful, intelligent, and competitive character, and she was shown with these personality traits throughout the series. While she has a crush on Jimmy, she plays an aggressive, bully role, and pretends to dislike Jimmy to hide her true feelings.
Nicktoons Unite![]
Cindy appears as an NPC in Nicktoons Unite! Cindy only is found in Jimmy's lab to talk to but further she doesn't has any impact on the story.
Nicktoons: Globs of Doom[]
Cindy appears again as a NPC in Nicktoons: Globs of Doom. Cindy was being consumed by the Girl-Eating Plant and later was saved by the team from the orange goo.

Karate Slam[]
Karate Slam is Cindy's neutral special. Cindy charges automatically and then hit the opponent very hard and sends them flying.
Karate Kick[]
Karate Kick is Cindy's side special. Cindy jumps sideways with her foot forwards and when hits an opponent with her foot they will be send flying.
Karate Flip[]
Karate Flip is Cindy's up special. Cindy does a backwards flip damaging any opponent close to her and drags them along with her flip.
Karate Dance[]
Karate Dance is Cindy's down special. Cindy stands on her place and meditates then she does a spin on the ground tripping everyone near her.
N-Man[]
N-Man is Cindy's War Strike Cindy transforms into her superhero form, Special Girl from the N-Man and can fly around free. By pressing the normal attack button Cindy preforms a super-strong punch and by pressing the special attack button she fires a laser from her eyes.
Special Costume[]
Cindy's special costume is her design from the Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius movie. She went along with Jimmy, Sheen, Carl, Libby and Dean got kidnapped and taken to Goobot's castle. They make a plan to escape and they succeed and they head home and reunite with their parents.
